When you fly over the holidays or for any vecation, you probably worry about missing your plane or crime, but you might NOT think about a common problem...blood clots.
They can form in the legs of anyone at any age and long flights make the risk higher. So, stretch often, elevate your feet if you can. Do some ankle circles and get up to walk at least every hour.
