Arcade owners on the Ocean City boardwalk are fighting back against some proposed state rules that could raise the cost for us to play games while we're vacationing there. It could also mean what we win might be a little more chintzy. The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission is trying to make them pay a $50 licensing fee on any game where the potential prize has a wholesale value of more than $30.
