A box-truck accident on southbound I-95, near mile marker 113 in Caroline County, Thursday morning backs up traffic for more than four hours.
Sergeant Thomas Molnar says a Penske box truck ran off the right side of the road, hit an embankment and overturned, onto its' side.
He says the driver is flown to Mary Washington Hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries and is charged with reckless driving. His 41-year-old passenger is flown to VCU Medical Center with minor injuries.
