Afghan Attacks by Haqqani Network: Official

Afghanistan's Interior Minister said a man arrested claimed the Pakistan-based Haqqani network was behind attacks in Kabul and other cities that left dozens dead and scores wounded. The battle in the capital lasted 18 hours.
