Another Warning that Frozen Lakes and Rivers are Not Safe

Footprints found on top of the snow and ice on a Lake in Culpeper are causing officials to again remind us it's not safe.
Stafford County authorities issued the same call about the Rappahannock River and other waterways last week. It would take many days and weeks of extreme cold to make the ice thick enough not to crack under a person's weight.
