Does the thought of homemade apple pie or steaming mashed potatoes drenched with melted butter and homemade gravy make your heart beat faster?
If so, you better commit now to NOT overeat this holiday season. Nutrition experts say the key is to control your behavior. Try snacking on healthy food before the big meal and load your plate with more sides, like green beans and salad.
