LONDON (AP) - Britain's police say they have charged a 24-year-old man over terrorism offenses.
Metropolitan Police said that Mohammed Shabir Ali, from London, is accused of possessing a document called "44 Ways to Support Jihad."
Police said Tuesday that the suspect is also charged with assisting another person to commit acts of terrorism. The offenses are alleged to have taken place between August 2008 and June 2011.
Ali will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court Wednesday.
Police said two men, aged 24 and 30, and a 21-year-old woman, remained in police custody.
