Summary Information:
On June 23, 2012 Sergeant C.A. Heywood stopped a vehicle for failing to drive on the right side of the
highway. A firearm was found during the investigation that followed and details were uncovered that the
two men were traveling to the State of Florida for the purpose of committing a gang related murder. Both
the driver and the passenger were held without bond and had a preliminary court date of June 27, 2012.
