SHERIFF’S OFFICE SEEKING SUSPECTS’ ID/CRIME SOLVERS OFFERING CASH REWARD: The CCSO would like to identify the three males on the left side of the surveillance footage. One person is a white male wearing a bright blue sweat shirt, the other two subjects are black males wearing dark clothing.  All three males are described as being in their teens to early twenties.

On May 24 at 5:45 p.m., officers responded to the Wakefield Recreational Center in the 2000 block of Nantucket Drive in Waldorf for the report of a robbery. Investigation showed the victim, an employee of the center, was cleaning the pool when two males approached. They pushed the victim to the ground, assaulted him and stole his wallet. The suspects then fled across the field towards the area of Red Lion Place. The victim sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The CCSO has obtained surveillance photos of the suspects and ask anyone with information about who they are to call (301) 932-2222. Callers wishing to remain anonymous may contact Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS or Text CHARLES + your tip to CRIMES or visit www.ccso.us to submit a web tip. A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered in this case.
