Chronically Late and Unfocused? It Could be Adult ADHD

If you are chronically late, have a hard time prioritizing and finishing tasks or have a stack of speeding tickets, you could have  attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
It's not just limited to kids. To help, set routines and make a to-do list or use a smartphone app. Medicine can help, but try eating more protein rich foods and maybe cognitive therapy first.
