Clinton Promotes Democracy in Africa

<VIDEO>  Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton urged African leaders to embrace democracy. Secretary Clinton spoke in Dakar, Senegal, on the first stop of her 11-day Africa tour. She also swore in new Peace Corps volunteers.
