If you were a fan of the Truluvs Restaurant, on the Rappahannock River in Fredericksburg, that was sad when it closed, you can soon get a "soul experience" in the space.
Bernard Northam who ran the Uncle B's Soulfood Restaurant on Route 17 for five years is opening a location there next month. He'll serve lunch and dinner daily and be open for weekend brunch. You can order everything from collard greens, boneless pork chops and ribs to chitlins and pigs' feet.
