VIDEO - Contractors that worked on the glitched ObamaCare website were stunned into silenced when shown a clause buried in the website that has Americans agree to a "no reasonable expectation of privacy" clause concerning their personal heath information. Congressman Joe Barton (R-TX) argued that this clause violated the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) which is most known for its privacy clause. None of the contractors who testified before Congress could give an explanation.
