Big Brother may or may not be watching you in the nation's capital, but traffic cameras will be.
Washington will start issuing tickets for more traffic violations this weekend. The high-tech devices will be targeting cars that block intersections or roll through stop signs. Those tickets will cost 50 bucks. Other violations will carry $250 fines, including failure to yield to pedestrians.
