A man from Reva, Virginia is in custody and charged with malicious wounding after a stabbing in a parking lot on Route 1, near Four Mile Fork, on Saturday.
Spotsylvania deputies responded to a reported fight and found a 27 year old man with a stab wound to the abdomen. he was taken to Mary Washington Hospital for treatment.
Robert M. Lucas apparently pulled a pocket knife on the victim after a fight started between the two. The Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office is still investigating the cause.
