SALEM, Va. (AP) - This is one attempt at a world record that's sure to raise a stink.
Several dozen parents in Salem participated in an attempt Saturday to set a record for diaper changing.
The Great Cloth Diaper Change had at least 305 locations registered around the world. Each location was required to have at least 25 babies changed to count toward the total.
The Roanoke Times reports parents changed 49 babies simultaneously on the floor of St. Paul's Episcopal Church's rectory.
The official Guinness Book of World Record tally was 5,026 set in last year's event.
