A 42-year-old Spotsylvania man has been charged in the death of longtime WFLS Radio personality Brian Strobel.
Ralph Thomas Parillo faces a charge of reckless driving.
Spotsylvania Sheriff's Captain Mike Harvey says the Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit conducted a thorough investigation. He says record and documents were looked at as well as the vehicle. In addition the accident was reconstructed with video taken at the scene that will be used in court.
There's no word on a court date.
