Driver in Fatal Death of Radio Personality Found Not Guilty

The man whose truck struck and killed long-time WFLS radio personality Brian Strobel in March is cleared of a criminal charge.
It happened when 43 year old Ralph Thomas Rapillo was driving down Kingswood Boulevard and hit Stroebel as he was walking a dog. Strobel died at the scene and Rapillo was later charged with reckless driving.
A Spotsylvania Judge also rules Tuesday the evidence does not support the reckless driving charge either and found Rapillo not guilty. The only legal remedy left for Strobel's family now is to file a civil suit.
