A Culpeper County man is arrested on a charge of felony hit-and-run from a December crash in Fauquier County that killed one person and seriously injured another.
A tip led Culpeper Police to the whereabouts of 32 year-old Diego Mendoza early Wednesday morning. Mendoza is taken into custody without incident.
Mendoza took off from the scene of the accident on December 23rd on Route 17 that kills 58 year-old Douglas Rabren of Stafford. Mendoza is being held without bail.
