Elaborate Shoplifting Nets Over $7,000 in Walmart Products

A bad day for the loss prevention office at the Walmart on Garrisonville Road in Stafford.
Stafford Sheriff's Spokesman Bill Kennedy says their deputy responds to the shoplifting call last Friday. The first suspect was seen going to the electronic department and then back outside to what became the getaway car. One suspect staked out the electronic's department the night before. On Friday, the second man broke a lock on the Apple case and then loaded up thousands of dollars in Ipods and Ipads. Kennedy says he then went to the Lawn and Garden Department and dropped the case over a fence. The man at the getaway car then picked it up and the pair escaped.
The getaway car is described as a distinct looking vehicle; a two-toned, white and maroon Chrysler 300, outfitted with 22" custom rims. Anyone with information should contact the Stafford Sheriff's Office.
