F.W. Sullivans Closes Fredericksburg Business

by Deirdre Blake posted Jul 22 2013 9:39AM
The future fate of the William Street space once occupied by F.W. Sullivans is up in the air.
Its' owners plan to focus on their other properties in the Richmond area after this location closed its' doors for good on Saturday night. The 7500 square foot space is owned by local real estate investor Tommy Mitchell.
Three other restaurants and bars - Longstreet's American Eatery, Las Palmas Cafe and University Cafe have all also been in the location in the past and all of them closed less than a year after opening.
