A Family Dollar store is planned on Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg across the street from Paul's Bakery. The land for the store would be sold to Family Dollar as part of the development plan. Most of the land is zonedcommercial transitional, but a small part is zoned residential. A public hearing is scheduled before the Fredericksburg Planning Commission on Jan. 9.
