Feds, Univ. of Michigan Test Cars That Can Talk

<VIDEO>  The federal government and the University of Michigan are working together on a yearlong, real-world test of cars that can talk. The goal is to use technology to eventually make roads safer. The $25 million experiment involves 2,800 vehicles.
