Authorities are looking for a suspect who reportedly exposed himself to a woman inside the Rappahannock Regional Library on Caroline Street Tuesday afternoon.
The 23 year old Culpeper resident says she was at a table studying when a man came up and asked if he could sit down. She looked over a few minutes later and saw his genitals were out. She immediately left the table to report it to the staff and the man left through a library door onto Lewis Street.
He is described as a black, in his mid to late 40s with short black hair and a medium complexion. He was wearing a sleeveless red shirt and carrying a black coat and bag.
