Two Fredericksburg men have been arrested and charged in connection with a strong-armed robbery that happened on December 10 in Maryland.
During the robbery on December 10 in Waldorf 18-year-old Rachard Marshall and 20-year-old Kwaune Marshall are alleged to have confronted a 17-year-old boy as he walked along Tanglewood Drive.
The suspects are reported to have assaulted the teenager and stole his Nike Air Jordan shoes.
During the arrest on Wednesday, a key was found in Kwaune's pocket belonging to a car that had been stolen in Washington, D.C. Inside the car investigators found a handgun.
The pair is charged in Charles County with robbery and second degree assault. Other charges in other jurisdictions are pending.
