FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2012
ARRESTS:
Melanie Lombardi, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County
charging her with making annoying or harassing phone calls.
Richard Dovidio, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Sara Kirsch, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol, possession
of fake identification, and providing false identification to law enforcement to avoid arrest.
