FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS
MONDAY, MARCH 26, 2012
HIT AND RUN:
Paul’s Bakery, 2008 Lafayette Blvd, 3/23 3:00 pm. The victim reported that her vehicle had been struck and damaged in the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.
500-block Sophia St, 3/24 10:00 am. The victim reported that his vehicle had been struck and damaged while it was parked on the street. The investigation is ongoing.
1300-block Caroline St, 3/25 4:30 pm. The victim reported that her vehicle had been struck and damaged while it was parked on the street. Earlier, a female reported that she had struck a vehicle parked in the same area and abandoned her vehicle because she was scared. The female, identified as Ciatriona Hogan, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for reckless driving and hit and run.
LARCENY:
1000-block Charles St, 8/2 (reported 3/23 3:30 pm). The victim reported that in August 2011 several items had been taken from his house. The investigation is ongoing.
1000-block Heritage Park, 3/23 4:00 pm. The victim reported that several pieces of jewelry had been taken from her home and found to have been sold at Gold Rush at the Spotsylvania Towne Centre. A suspect has been developed and the investigation is ongoing.
Patient First, 3031 Plank Rd, 3/24 5:45 pm. The victim reported that both license plates had been removed from his vehicle while it was in the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.
Wal-Mart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 3/24 9:30 pm. The victim reported that both license plates had been removed from her vehicle while it was in the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.
Bailey’s Pub & Grill, 1861 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 3/25 12:15 am. The victim reported that she inadvertently left her purse inside the establishment and left the premises. When she returned, the purse was missing. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
700-block Bunker Hill St, 3/25 12:15 pm. The victim reported that he noticed his backpack missing and upon retrieving the backpack later, the contents of his backpack had been removed. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
SHOPLIFTING:
Wal-Mart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 3/23 2:00 am. A loss prevention employee reported two black males broke the lock on the door where several pieces of electronic
equipment are kept and then placed several iPods into a backpack. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
Hallberg & O’Malley Financial, 606 William St, 3/24 1:00 pm. A passerby noticed broken glass from a window at the business. Nothing was missing from the interior and it did not appear entry was made. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Timpestt Lee, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 1000-block of Noble Way.
Derek Finney, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested in the 3200-block of Normandy Ave.
ARRESTS:
Lawrence Brown, Jr., 29, of no fixed address was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
William Spaulding, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance.
Thomas Johnson, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of a protective order.
Rebecca Druid, 18, of no fixed address was arrested on a Chesterfield County capias for probation violation.
Dylan Debruin, 23, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule II narcotic.
Michael Camp, 56, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol on City riverfront property.
Gary Bailey, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
Mark Desmarais, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
Gregory Martin, 48, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Grace Bruce, 50, of Cornelia, GA, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Darryl Gibson, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Garsiela Foster, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of a protective order.
Caroline Ciulla, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Bond Thompson, 52, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
