FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS

Two suspects have been arrested for their involvement in the recent burglaries and thefts from the College Heights Swim Club, the Woehrle & Franklin Law office, and Roxbury Mills. The first two reported incidents at the swim facility occurred between June 14 and June 17, and the club was burglarized a third time on June 20. The burglaries at the law office and Roxbury Mills were committed during the overnight hours and reported on June 24 and June 25.
Twin brothers Joshua and Isaac Franklin, 18, were arrested early this morning and each charged with five counts of burglary, three counts of grand larceny, and two counts of misdemeanor larceny. Detectives also served a search warrant this morning and seized evidence from a home in the 600 block of Lafayette Boulevard. The Franklin suspects are currently incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
Jack Mullins, 22, of Stafford was arrested for felony shoplifting from Home depot.
Felder Smith, 30, of Falmouth was arrested for embezzlement.
Marilyn Brown, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
Duane Graves, 45, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and illegal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
