Fredericksburg Incident Report

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS
MONDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2012
ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT:
Bourbon Room, 216 William St, 12/15 1:55 a.m. An officer responded for a fight involving an
employee and several subjects on the second floor of the business. While the officer was
detaining one male subject who had punched a bouncer, the subject’s friend grabbed the officer
from behind in a choke hold. The officer deployed O.C. spray into the face of the second
assailant and took him into custody. George Hayn, 31, of Woodbridge was arrested for assault
on law enforcement and obstruction of justice and later incarcerated at the Rappahannock
Regional Jail under a $1500 bond.
While the officer was standing by with Hayn outside the business, another individual kept
screaming and attempting to interfere. The individual was identified as Eric Hunt, 25, of
Woodbridge, and he was also arrested for public intoxication and on an outstanding warrant from
Prince William County charging him with failure to appear in court.
The first assailant meanwhile fled from the scene, but left his identification behind. The
bouncer was advised how to obtain a warrant for assault against the patron.
UNDERAGE POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL:
Hampton Inn, 1080 Hospitality Ln, 12/16 1:00 a.m. Police responded for reports of a loud and
disruptive party in one of the rooms. Initially officers were unable to get anyone to answer the
door to the room in question but after a few minutes, a teenage male opened the door and
allowed officers to enter. Beer cans, liquor bottles, and trash were scattered throughout the
space. Thirteen additional males and females, all 15-17 years old and one 18-year-old, were
found hiding in the bathroom and inside a closet. Ten of the fourteen teenagers had alcohol in
their systems, and one had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle in the parking lot.
All of the juveniles were turned over to the custody of parents or guardians, with referrals
provided to juvenile intake authorities for the ten teenagers who had been drinking.
LARCENY:
1300 block Princess Anne St, 12/12/ - 12/14 11:15 a.m. A resident reported that the license plate
was stolen from his motorcycle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Aladins, 2052 Plank Rd, 12/15 1:00 a.m. A Unionville resident reported that her wallet was
stolen from her table. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
7-Eleven, 905 Lafayette Blvd, 12/16 1:00 a.m. An employee reported that two male subjects
stole two bottles of wine by concealing the items under clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
Jay’s Lounge, 2030 Plank Rd, 12/10 11:00 p.m. A patron reported that he became involved in an
argument with another male inside the restaurant. The unknown male followed him outside to
the parking lot and damaged his car door. No known suspects at this time.
500 block Greystone Ct, 12/15 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. A resident reported that all three of her
vehicles were found covered in an unknown powdery substance. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
1000 block Wicklow Dr, 12/10 – 12/15 11:30 p.m. A resident reported that a window screen on
her apartment was slashed. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
300 block Riverside Manor Blvd, 12/15 – 12/16 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that three of the
tires on her vehicle were punctured and flattened. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Robert Herl, 23, of Stafford was arrested for drinking while driving and DUI in the 100 block of
William Street.
Kelvin McCray, 22, of Stafford was arrested for DUI in the 2500 block of Plank Road.
Bret Badalucca, 31, of Locust Grove was arrested for DUI in the 1500 block of Prince Edward
Street.
James Washington, 47, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1300 block of Dixon Street.
ARRESTS:
Talia Scott, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for child abuse.
John Adams, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery, public
intoxication, and abduction.
Raymond Santivasci, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of stolen property.
Brian Livingston, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Charles Morris, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested for destruction of property.
Reggie Foster, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Michael Papapetrou, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Jesse Colbert, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested for urinating in public.
Casey Horstkamp, 18, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Zachary Wilson, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Chelsea Davison, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Sheree Stribbling, 29, of Germantown, Maryland was arrested for public intoxication and
resisting arrest.
Michael Greene, 21, of La Grange, North Carolina was arrested for three counts of assault and
battery.
Andrea Brown, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and
destruction of property.
Willie Jones, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested for tampering with a vehicle.
