Fredericksburg Incident Report

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2013
ROBBERY:
1000 block Wicklow Dr, 2/17 8:15 a.m. A 38-year-old Stafford resident reported that he was
inside the bedroom of an apartment belonging to a female acquaintance when a male subject
entered the room and confronted him about being there. The male reportedly was armed with a
handgun in his hand and a knife in a back pocket. According to the victim, the female
acquaintance repeatedly told the male suspect that the victim had a large amount of cash and she
urged the victim to turn it over.
During the confusion, the victim was able to jump out of the apartment through the ground floor
bedroom window. He ran out onto Fall Hill Avenue and attempted to flag down passing cars,
while the female chased after him and tried to stop him. The victim was able to make his way to
the nearby 7-Eleven and use the cell phone of someone there to call 911. The female,
meanwhile, returned to her apartment. When officers arrived to investigate, the female gave
consent for the officers to search the bedroom and a large amount of drugs and drug
paraphernalia were found along with the victim’s wallet and cell phone. The male suspect was
not located.
Kristin Lecky, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit
robbery, possession of schedule I,II narcotics, and possession of drugs with the intent to
distribute. Lecky was incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond. The
unknown suspect is still at large. He is described as a black male in his early 30s, approximately
5’5” and 185 pounds, with dreadlocks. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
200 block Greystone Ct, 2/14 7:15 – 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that her iPhone was stolen
from a table just inside the sliding glass door of her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
Wawa, 1140 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 2/15 1:20 p.m. An employee reported that a white female stole
items of merchandise by concealing them under her jacket. The suspect left the scene in a silver
Ford. The investigation is ongoing.
Shiloh Baptist Church, 801 Sophia St, 2/16 10:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. A parishioner reported that
her purse was stolen during a function inside the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1400 block Caroline St, 2/17 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. A resident reported that her Kindle and some
jewelry were stolen from her bedroom. The investigation is ongoing.
200 block Duke St, 2/17 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that prescription medication was stolen
from her purse while she was visiting a friend. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 2/17 4:00 p.m. A loss prevention employee reported that
two male subjects accompanied by a small child stole a cart full of merchandise and left the area
in a Chrysler 4-door vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
1000 block Caroline St, 2/15 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that the rear
windshield on her vehicle was shattered. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Goolricks, 901 Caroline St, 2/15 3:00 p.m. An officer patrolling in the area reported graffiti
painted on the side of the building and also on a mailbox at the corner of Amelia and Caroline
Streets. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Hughey Ct, 2/16 2:00 – 5:30 p.m. A resident reported that the driver’s side window
on his vehicle was shattered. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Gregory Palmer, 35, of Lacey, Washington was arrested for DUI in the 400 block of Charles
Street.
Jason Gibson, 35, of Locust Grove was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a blood or
breath test in the 3400 block of Carl D Silver Parkway.
Antonio Ramirez, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 3300 block of Fall Hill
Avenue.
James Woolfrey, 23, of Dale City was arrested for DUI in the 2300 block of Princess Anne
Street.
Timothy Butler, 44, of Stafford was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or breath test,
and hit and run in the 300 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.
Stephen Martinez, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a blood or
breath test in the 2300 block of Carl D Silver Parkway.
ARRESTS:
Nathaniel Beale, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana and on a warrant
from Sussex County charging him with probation violation.
David Mould, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for aggressive solicitation.
Gavin Springer, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and underage
possession of alcohol.
Jeffrey Smith, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication, underage possession of
alcohol, and possession of fake identification.
Mustafa Sahak, 27, of Sterling was arrested for making false statements to police.
Caralee Peel, 40, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.
Crystal Henson, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Octavio Manriquez, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for urinating in public.
Vanessa Herrarte, 34, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Michael Bachelder, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Thomas Rinaldi, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Matthew Hall, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Colin Mackey, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Charles Strong, 43, of King George was arrested for public intoxication, possession of
marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Turner, 48, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony domestic assault and battery.
Antonio Mena, 31, of Springfield was arrested for felony larceny and public intoxication
