A Fredericksburg man is jailed on a charge of illegal manufacturing of marijuana and ten felonies of possession of child pornography.
Police got the tip that the pot was being grown in the basement of a Devonshire Drive home. While there, they seized the plants and computers. They found multiple images of explicit sexual material involving kids on the machines.
Louise Philip Cox IV was arrested at his Caroline Street job and is in the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
