A Fredericksburg man is charged with reckless driving early Thursday after a quick succession of three crashes at one I-95 spot on a snowy morning in Northern Virginia.
The series of isolated incidents involved a Virginia State Police cruiser and a Virginia Department of Transportation safety patrol vehicle, both of which were hit. Fredericksburg resident Robert Craig, lost control and slid into the VDOT truck, which hit a VDOT worker, and then hit the cruiser.
