Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2013
VANDALISM:
Trinity Church, 825 College Ave, 3/31 – 4/24 8:50 a.m. A member reported that unknown
persons pulled shrubs from the ground on one occasion and removed posted signs on a separate
occasion. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
FRAUD:
A.C. Moore, 1833 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 4/23 – 4/24 9:00 a.m. A manager reported that an
unknown male subject used a counterfeit bill to pay for his purchases. The investigation is
ongoing.
Tropical Smoothie, 1460 Central Park Blvd, 4/23 – 4/24 11:00 a.m. The owner reported that an
unknown male subject used a counterfeit bill to pay for his purchases. This case is presumed to
be related to the case reported above. In both instances, the counterfeit currency passed the
initial testing conducted by the cashier. The investigation is ongoing.
ARRESTS:
Catoria Stuart, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Hanover charging her with
failure to appear in court.
Robert Thomas, 72, of Fredericksburg was arrested by direct indictment for grand larceny
