Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

MONDAY, JULY 29, 2013
ROBBERY:
Carwash, 3351 Fall Hill Ave, 7/27 8:50 p.m. An officer patrolling in the area was flagged down
by two brothers who reported they had just witnessed two men stealing another man’s wallet.
They further reported that the victim was still at the carwash and that the suspects, described as
Hispanic males, had left the scene in a white Ford Explorer. The officer located the unconscious
victim lying in one of the wash bays and the 25-year-old man was transported to the hospital by
ambulance.
Another officer located the Ford Explorer parked not far from the crime scene. The vehicle was
occupied by two males who reside in the neighborhood; one of the men was found to be in
possession of the victim’s wallet. Reynaldo Diaz-Gonzalez, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested
for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication.
German Perez Diaz, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for robbery, conspiracy to commit
robbery, and possession of fictitious identification. Both suspects were incarcerated at the
Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
LARCENY:
Wilderness Ln, 7/25 – 7/26 7:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole
medication and other items of value from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
400 block Deerwood Dr, 7/24 – 7/26 8:40 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole
items of value from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Idlewild Blvd, 4/1 – 7/1 (reported 7/26) A resident reported that an unknown person
stole a large amount of jewelry from her home. The investigation is ongoing.
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 7/26 12:50 p.m. – 2:50 p.m. A maintenance employee reported that an
unknown person stole a washer/dryer unit from the storage shed. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
400 block Pitt St, 7/26 – 7/27 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person shattered a
window on his vehicle and stole a travel bag from inside. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1800 block Carl D Silver Pkwy, 7/27 3:20 p.m. A shopper reported that an unknown person
stole her wallet from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Bourbon Room, 216 William St, 7/28 1:00 a.m. A patron reported that she saw a male subject
stealing her purse and cell phone from her table. The victim confronted the unknown male and
he ran from the bar. The suspect was described as a light-skinned black male in his early 20s,
with short black hair and wearing jeans and a white T-shirt. No known suspects at this time.
1100 block Kenmore Ave, 7/27 – 7/28 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole her wall-mounted flag. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1100 block Prince Edward St, 7/27 – 7/28 6:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole a bicycle from the bike rack attached to her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 block Rowe St, 7/27 – 7/28 4:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole the
car stereo from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
3300 block Fall Hill Ave, 7/27 7:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person or persons
threw an object at her vehicle while she was traveling on Fall Hill Avenue near the canal bridge.
The impact caused a dent on her passenger side rear door. Shortly before this report, a citizen
reported that juveniles were throwing objects at vehicles on the roadway. The investigation is
ongoing.
VRE Lot G, 300 block Prince Edward St, 7/26 7:25 a.m. – 6:45 p.m. A commuter reported that
an unknown person shattered the windshield and a window on his vehicle. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Joseph Savino, 25, of Alexandria was arrested for DUI in the 1300 block of Hospital Drive.
ARRESTS:
Nicole Urbaniak, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Stafford County charging
her with probation violation.
William Irving, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
Wayne Payne, 51, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication of an interdicted
person.
George Pratt, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Duane Graves, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
David Ruffner, 37, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
April Gentry, 31, of Afton was arrested for drinking in public.
Lisa Jarrells, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her
with illegally selling property.
Christina Brooks, 29, of Stafford was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.
Jennifer Ferrer, 30, of Stafford was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.
Anne Viccellio, 22, of Arnold, Maryland was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.
Holmer Davis, 29, of King George was arrested for public intoxication.
Henry Sealock, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication of an interdicted
person.
Vernon Wilson, 53, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Eusevio Flores, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of alcohol on the riverbank.
Anthony Washington, 42, of Stafford was arrested for attempted larceny and tampering with a
vehicle.
