ASSAULT:
Nader’s Grocery, 508 Caroline St, 9/28 11:55 p.m. An employee reported that four male
subjects entered the store and asked to use the bathroom. When told that the business did not
have any public restrooms, one of the men walked to the rear of the store and urinated on the
floor. Upon seeing this, the clerk told all of the men to leave the store as he was calling the
police. While the clerk was escorting the group out the door, the same man who had urinated on
the floor turned and charged the clerk and struck him on the head. The assailant’s three friends
pulled him away and out the door. All of the men were clean shaven white males with military

homeowner accompanied him inside the house. Another of the three men distracted the
homeowner for a few minutes by asking him to come out to the back yard. When the
homeowner went back inside, he noticed that the file cabinet in his bedroom had been opened
