Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2014 
 
UNLAWFUL ENTRY: 
1000 block Railroad Ave, 4/22 6:00 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown 
person entered her home through a window. Nothing appeared to be stolen. The investigation is 
ongoing. 
LARCENY: 
Firestone, 2708 Fall Hill Ave, 4/22 10:50 a.m. A manager reported that a white male stole two 
tires from the service area and left the scene in a tan Buick Century. The investigation is 
ongoing. 
ARRESTS: 
Quiteraus Gardner, 18, of no fixed address was arrested on warrants from Hamlet, North 
Carolina charging him with attempted first degree homicide, robbery, and conspiracy. 
Ashley Mosley, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for petit larceny and obtaining money by false 
pretenses. 
Lenetta Gilbert, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested for littering and public intoxication after 
being interdicted.
