Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

TUESDAY, MAY 27, 2014 
 
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 
Jay’s Lounge, 2030 Plank Rd, 5/26 1:30 a.m. Officers responded to Mary Washington Hospital 
for a report of a 33-year-old male who had checked himself in to the emergency department for 
treatment of a stab wound to his torso. The victim reported that he was at Jay’s Lounge when a 
fight broke out on the dance floor. The victim further reported that he did not know the 
individuals who were fighting and he was not certain how he became injured. The investigation 
is ongoing. 
BURGLARY: 
A.C. Moore, 1833 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 5/23 – 5/24 7:00 a.m. Police responded for an overnight 
burglary and found that an unknown person had gained access to the store and cut a hole into the 
safe. The offender stole a quantity of cash before leaving the premises. The investigation is 
ongoing. 
Liberty Mutual Insurance, 1340 Central Park Blvd, 5/23 – 5/24 6:20 p.m. Police responded for 
an alarm activation and found that an unknown person had gained access to the business by 
damaging the front door lock mechanism. Nothing appeared to have been stolen from the 
business. The investigation is ongoing. 
BREAKING AND ENTERING: 
400 block Rann Ct, 5/26 12:20 a.m. A caregiver reported that she heard a loud noise and then 
the front door to the residence flew open. The victim did not see anyone in the vicinity. Officers 
responded and found damage to the door lock and door frame. The investigation is ongoing. 
LARCENY: 
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 5/20 1:10 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. An employee 
reported that her daughter’s cell phone was stolen from her backpack. No suspects or witnesses 
at this time. 
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 5/23 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. A student 
reported that his cell phone was stolen from his pocket. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
Batteries Plus, 1918 Plank Rd, 5/24 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. Two employees reported that they 
had items of value stolen from the office while they were working. The investigation is 
ongoing.
1200 block Townsend Blvd, 5/10 – 5/17 10:30 a.m. A former resident reported that an unknown 
person stole his motorcycle from the parking lot. The vehicle was a 2006 silver Kawasaki 
motorcycle with an Alabama license plate. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
Funland, 1351 Central Park Blvd, 5/17 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown 
person stole a digital tablet from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
200 block Hillcrest Dr, 5/20 – 5/21 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole 
his prescription medication. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
400 block Rann Ct, 5/24 – 5/25 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a 
GPS from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 5/26 1:55 a.m. A resident reported that she heard a loud noise 
and saw two subjects loading a large object into a Jeep Cherokee in the parking lot. It was later 
discovered that the machine used by tenants to exchange cash for laundry tokens was missing. 
The investigation is ongoing. 
300 block Prince Edward St, 5/25 – 5/26 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
stole the battery from her scooter. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
1400 block Hanover St, 5/24 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown 
person stole his bicycle from his side yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
IHOP, 2831 Plank Rd, 5/24 2:30 a.m. A manager reported that an unknown person stole a 
quantity of cash from the safe while the business was open. The investigation is ongoing. 
Dixon Park Pool, 1300 Dixon St, 5/26 5:50 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. A resident reported that her son’s 
cell phone was stolen while he was at the pool. The investigation is ongoing. 
1900 block Woodlyn Dr, 5/26 7:00 p.m. A resident reported that she accidentally left her phone 
and wallet on the top of her car and when she returned to retrieve them, the items were gone. 
The GPS on her phone indicated that it was somewhere in Spotsylvania County. No suspects or 
witnesses at this time. 
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 5/26 – 5/27 2:30 a.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person broke 
a window on her vehicle and stole her purse from inside. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
VANDALISM: 
1100 block Winchester St, 5/26 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown 
person broke a window on her vehicle parked on the street. No suspects or witnesses at this 
time.
DUI ARRESTS: 
Jose Piche Reyes, 41, of Woodbridge was arrested for DUI in the 300 block of Riverside Drive. 
ARRESTS: 
Charles Cotton, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and providing false 
identification to law enforcement. 
Eusevio Flores, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public. 
Ryan Flynn, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of schedule I,II narcotics, 
possession of schedule III narcotics, and felony shoplifting from Walmart. 
Michael Murphy, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana. 
Cheryl Richardson, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery. 
Matea Linic, 18, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark. 
Adam Hall, 19, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark. 
Stratos Kastrinos, 29, of Richmond was arrested on a warrant from Richmond charging him with 
domestic assault and battery. 
Brian Klei, 18, of Stafford was arrested for underage possession of alcohol. 
Kristy Strickland, 20, of Freeville, New York was arrested for underage possession of alcohol. 
Azim Ladha , 34, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart and on indictments 
for felony shoplifting and grand larceny with intent to sell.
Patricia Hall, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery. 
Jacoby Ellis, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and shoplifting from the 
Dixon Street 7-Eleven. 
Clarence Wallace, 29, of Richmond was arrested for public intoxication and shoplifting from the 
Dixon Street 7-Eleven.
