Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

MONDAY, AUGUST 5, 2013
LARCENY:
Antique Gallery, 1023 Caroline St, 6/1 – 8/2 10:30 a.m. A vendor reported that several items
were stolen from his booth. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Sands Cir, 8/2 – 8/3 8:50 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a
laptop computer from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Giant, 1245 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 8/3 6:40 p.m. A shopper reported that an unknown person
stole her wallet while she was inside the store. The victim was later notified that someone
attempted to use her credit cards to make fraudulent purchases at area stores. The investigation
is ongoing.
Mill Park Terrace, 2216 Caroline St, 8/3 – 8/4 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person tore the gas cap off her vehicle and stole the fuel from the tank. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Niamke Keys, 59, of Washington D.C. was arrested for driving with an open container of alcohol
and DUI in the 200 block of Frazier Street.
Matthew Taylor, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 3200 block of Fall Hill Avenue.
Todd Walter, 42, of Cornilious, North Carolina was arrested for DUI in the 3000 block of Plank
Road.
Stacey Strom, 38, of Stafford was arrested for DUI and driving while revoked/DUI in the 1700
block of Caroline Street.
Darell Wilson, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1800 block of Jefferson Davis
Highway.
Ryheem Morton, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2400 block of Fall Hill
Avenue.
Raymond Aimbez, 50, of Partlow was arrested for DUI in the 2200 block of Caroline Street.
ARRESTS:
Emmett Graves, 57, of Spotsylvania was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Fredericksburg
Fair.
William Woods, 39, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication at the Fredericksburg
Fair.
Joseph Zuk, 35, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana
at the Celebrate Virginia concert.
Jacob Patrick, 21, of Quantico was arrested for public intoxication at the Celebrate Virginia
concert.
Timothy Adcock, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for assault and battery and public intoxication
at the Celebrate Virginia concert.
Jacgrey Colina, 23, of Triangle was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Celebrate Virginia
concert.
Brian Kurick, 24, of Stafford was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Celebrate Virginia
concert.
Christopher Sumner, 23, of Stafford was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Celebrate Virginia
concert.
Bronson Woodard, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest
at the Celebrate Virginia concert.
Jesus Fuentes, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Najee Barakah, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of
fictitious license plates.
Philip Gendron, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested for probation violation and on a warrant from
Spotsylvania charging him with malicious wounding.
Casey Wilkinson, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Jordan Reed, 18, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Vikthor Roman, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for child neglect.
Amanda Phipps, 31, of Manassas was arrested on warrants from Fairfax County charging her
with embezzlement and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Devar Brown, 21, of Woodford was arrested for public intoxication.
Osmin Paz, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Jordi Madrid Gonzalez, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after
dark.
Robert Baker, 62, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public, public intoxication,
and failure to appear in court.
Denise Washington, 54, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.
Juvenile male, 16, was arrested for probation violation and possession of marijuana.
Dea’monte Fletcher, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana
