Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2013
ROBBERY:
Handy Mart, 3054 Plank Rd, 9/6 12:30 p.m. The Fredericksburg E-911 Center received a call
from an alarm company reporting a silent panic alarm. With officers responding, the dispatchers
made contact with the store and confirmed that the business had just been robbed. The female
working at the register described the suspects as both black males in their 20’s, at least one of
whom displayed a handgun. Both suspects had short hair and were wearing black shirts. One of
the suspects was wearing camouflage pants.
The suspects were last seen running toward the neighboring Burger King. Officers set a
perimeter and searched the area but the suspects have not been located. Nobody was injured
during the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
1000 block Prince Edward St, 9/5 – 9/6 6:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole the flag from her front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
300 block Durante Dr, 9/7 – 9/8 8:00 a.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person stole cash
and other items of value from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Giant, 1245 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 9/8 5:30 p.m. A student reported that an unknown person
stole her wallet from her shopping cart. The wallet was later found near campus and turned in to
the UMW police, but the cash was missing from it. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY:
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 9/7 – 9/8 1:00 a.m. A resident reported that she returned to her
apartment and found the door ajar and evidence that somebody had been inside. Nothing was
stolen from the home. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
400 block Pitt St, 9/7 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a
window on his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1000 block Heritage Park Dr, 9/7 – 9/8 10:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
slashed a tire on her daughter’s vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Emily Gold, 35, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1300 block of Lafayette Boulevard.
ARRESTS:
Benjamin Rodriguez, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging
him with felony larceny.
Juvenile male, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Joshua Williams, 22, of Stafford was arrested for felony child abuse.
Toby Ruwaldt, 37, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him
with assault and battery.
Jeffrey Supko, 25, of Stafford was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana
and possession of a schedule I,II narcotic.
Christopher Horne, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Petersburg charging
him with probation violation.
Mary Tetrault, 37, of Dumfries was arrested for obtaining money by false pretenses, contributing
to the delinquency of a minor, and shoplifting from Walmart.
Rachel Nievas, 26, of Locust Grove was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Russell Brown, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and
attempted malicious wounding.
Brandon Parker, 22, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Kayla Gau, 21, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Lenetta Gilbert, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and possession of
alcohol after being interdicted.
Charles Cutchin, 57, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and possession of
alcohol after being interdicted.
April Thomas, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging her with
probation violation and failure to appear in court.
Terrance Phipps, 20, of Partlow was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Rolan Kimbrough, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Elias Veloz, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested for failure to appear in court.
Bryan Sakamoto, 25, of Arlington was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Randy Anderson, 26, of King George was arrested for trespassing.
Corey Barner, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.
Tyesha Mickens, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for trespassing.
Justin Painter, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Richmond charging him
with failure to appear in court.
Timothy Johnson, 19, of King George was arrested for possession of marijuana
