Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2013
LARCENY:
Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline St, 11/14 5:00 p.m. – 6:20 p.m. An employee
reported that an unknown person stole her cell phone from her purse. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 11/13 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. A student
reported that an unknown person stole his cell phone from his locker. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/16 3:25 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. A patron reported that an
unknown person broke a window on his car and stole a backpack from the front seat. The
investigation is ongoing.
2000 block New Kent St, 11/16 – 11/17 9:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole a quantity of change from her unlocked vehicle. A second victim on New Kent Street also
reported that a person entered his vehicle and rummaged through the interior. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/15 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A shopper reported that an
unknown person broke a window on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
200 block Kings Mill Ct, 11/17 10:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. A visitor reported that an unknown
person broke a window on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Andres Licona-Matias, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 2300 block of Plank
Road.
Kim Chapman, 48, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1200 block of Jefferson Davis
Highway.
Joseph Canham, 38, of Rhoadesville was arrested for DUI in the 2000 block of Cowan
Boulevard.
Cornelius Grayson, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1500 block of William
Street.
Jermaine Saunders, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of George Street.
ARRESTS:
Richard Trest, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of a protective order.
Kenneth Atkins, 55, of Partlow was arrested for making threatening phone calls.
Juvenile male, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Jose Grigalba, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Walter Ferebee, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery, preventing
another person from calling 911, and possession of marijuana.
Richard Lucas, 30, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
Tracy Smith, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication
