MONDAY, AUGUST 18, 2014
BURGLARY:
100 block Braehead Dr, 8/16 1:30 a.m. A resident reported that she heard a noise and saw 
flashes of light inside her home. When the victim called out to her husband, she heard the 
unknown offender leave the home through the front door. It was later discovered that entry had 
been made through an unsecured window and a quantity of cash had been stolen from the 
victim’s purse. The investigation is ongoing.
Hooker Place, 8/15 – 8/16 7:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke in to his 
garage, apparently through an unsecured window. Nothing appeared to have been stolen. The 
investigation is ongoing. 
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 8/17 2:50 a.m. A resident reported that she was asleep on the 
living room couch and woke up to find a man standing over her. The victim ordered the man out 
of her apartment and he left through the sliding door of her ground floor patio, which was also 
the apparent point of entry for the offender. The offender was described as a black male in his 
early 20s, about 6’ tall and with a thin build. A possible suspect has been identified and the 
investigation is ongoing. 
LARCENY:
300 block Braehead Dr, 8/15 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
stole a laptop and other items of value from his unlocked vehicle. A neighbor also reported that 
a camera and other items were stolen from her vehicle, and another neighbor reported that 
someone had rummaged through his vehicles without stealing anything. The investigation is 
ongoing. 
100 block Kinlock Dr, 8/15 – 8/16 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
rummaged through the glove box and console of his vehicle and stole items of value from his 
wife’s vehicle. A neighbor also reported that someone had entered his vehicle overnight. The 
investigation is ongoing.
Lockhart Circle, 8/15 – 8/16 6:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person rummaged 
through the glove box and console of his vehicle and stole items of value from his girlfriend’s 
vehicle. A neighbor also reported that a projector was stolen from his unlocked vehicle. The 
investigation is ongoing.
Kinlock Circle, 8/15 -8/16 8:20 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a pair of 
running shoes from his vehicle. The shoes were later recovered nearby, along with property 
belonging to an unknown individual. The investigation is ongoing.
100 block Princess Anne St, 8/16 – 8/17 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
stole her vehicle from her driveway. The vehicle is a 2006 maroon Mitsubishi Galant with 
Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.
1400 block Caroline St, 8/16 – 8/17 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole 
his moped. The vehicle was later recovered undamaged in the 100 block of Hawke Street. The 
investigation is ongoing.
1300 block Sophia St, 8/16 – 8/17 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
rummaged through his unlocked vehicle. Three additional neighbors also reported similar 
circumstances with their vehicles, and a quantity of loose change had been stolen from one of 
them. The investigation is ongoing. 
VANDALISM:
1000 block Wicklow Dr, 8/14 – 8/15 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person 
slashed two tires on his girlfriend’s vehicle. The investigating officer found a second vehicle in 
the parking lot with similar damage. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Chick-Fil-A, 1698 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 8/15 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. An employee reported that 
an unknown person slashed a tire on her vehicle. A second employee found similar damage on 
his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 
800 block Forest Village, 8/17 3:15 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person threw a 
rock through her bedroom window and urinated on her car. A possible suspect has been 
identified and the investigation is ongoing. 
DUI ARRESTS:
Erin Woolls, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI, drinking while driving, and driving while 
suspended in the 2900 block of Plank Road. 
Stephen Parkhurst, 44, of Stafford was arrested for DUI and driving while suspended in the 500 
block of Caroline Street.
Abel Valencia Cruz, 23, of unknown address was arrested for DUI in the 3300 block of Fall Hill 
Avenue. 
ARRESTS:
John Drakeford, 24, of Stafford was arrested for making a false report of a crime.
Paryesha Webster, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for making a false report of a crime. Travis Czapko, 18, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing at the quarry.
Ryan Faragone, 19, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing at the quarry.
Brianne Hart, 18, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing at the quarry.
Elise Carlson, 18, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing at the quarry.
Antonio Perkins, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Culpeper charging him 
with probation violation. 
Brian Donahue, 71, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Robi Lynn Banerjee, 40, of Syracuse, New York was arrested for public intoxication.
John Hayes, 44, of no fixed address was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of drug 
paraphernalia.
Wendall Ellis, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and urinating in public.
Stanley Karwoski, 19, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Timothy Knighton, 49, of Spotsylvania was arrested for domestic assault and battery and 
abduction.
Jerrell Feaster, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.
Regina Haberstroh, 25, of Orange was arrested for possession of marijuana and on a warrant 
from Orange charging her with failure to appear in court. 
Christina Conlin, 43, of no fixed address was arrested for domestic assault and battery. 
Edwin Ballard, 30, of King George was arrested for trespassing.
Michael Greene, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Vincent Priebe, 19, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Lisa Lee, 36, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of a protective order and possession of 
schedule I,II narcotics.
