FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS
THURSDAY, MAY 30, 2013
800 block Lafayette Blvd, 5/29 5:00 p.m. A city resident reported that a neighbor threatened her
verbally while she was walking down the sidewalk; the neighbor then displayed what appeared
to be a black handgun and reportedly shot BBs in her direction. The victim was not injured.
During the investigation, a pneumatic gun was recovered from the suspect’s porch and seized for
evidence. Michael Strader, 53, of Fredericksburg was arrested for misdemeanor brandishing and
possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony. Strader was incarcerated at the
Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
2500 block Carriage Ln, 5/28 -5/29 1:00 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person
stole a package that had been delivered to his door. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VRE Lot G, 400 block Caroline St, 5/28 – 5/29 8:15 p.m. A commuter reported that an unknown
person cut her chain and stole the bicycle she had left locked to a bike rack. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
VRE Lot G, 300 block Prince Edward St, 5/29 6:30 a.m. – 10:50 p.m. A commuter reported that
an unknown person broke two windows on his vehicle and stole the small amount of loose
change that was in the vehicle’s cup holder. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Captain Dee’s, 2626 Princess Anne St, 5/29 10:20 p.m. A manager reported that an unknown
person shattered the drive-thru window. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Crystal Perez, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Eusevio Flores, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
Justin Sullivan, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Pamela Henry, 40, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.
Stefani Dettman, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Christopher Haithcock, 26, of Selma, North Carolina was arrested for assault and battery and
felonious assault by strangulation.
