FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2013
1200 block Dixon St, 7/3 2:40 p.m. Police responded for multiple reports of a fight involving a
large group in the 1400 block of Airport Avenue. In the 1200 block of Dixon Street, officers
found two males with lacerations and abrasions and a third male who had been sprayed with
O.C. spray. These three individuals and another witness, all in their late teens to 20s, reported
that they had been chased from the area of the 7-Eleven on Dixon Street by approximately fifteen
male and female subjects. The victims were not able to identify any of the assailants by their
proper names. None of the offenders were still in the neighborhood when police arrived. One of
the victims was transported by ambulance to the Mary Washington Hospital emergency
department for treatment of his injuries. A short time later, police responded to the hospital for a
report of a disturbance involving a large group of males who were possibly connected to the
earlier altercation. The group was dispersed after police identified the parties. The investigation
Nader’s Grocery, 508 Caroline St, 7/4 9:00 p.m. The owner reported that a female subject stole
a bottle of liquor by concealing it in her bag. The suspect was described as a black female in her
20s wearing a black sleeveless shirt and black pants and carrying a hot pink bag. No known
suspects at this time.
1600 block Charles St, 7/5 4:00 a.m. A homeless male reported that an unknown person stole his
wallet while he was sleeping. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1100 block Sophia St, 7/3 – 7/4 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged
the cover on his motorcycle and cut the wiring on the bike. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Traci Davis, 40, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2000 block of Plank Road.
Diane Batts, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 900 block of Sophia Street.
Orlando Lee, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Antoneio Chapman, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Shenandoah County
charging him with failure to appear in court.
Shannon Lassiter, 31, of Locust Grove was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Stephanie Dankos, 22, of Locust Grove was arrested for distribution of schedule I,II narcotics.
Tomas Armenta, 26, of Stafford was arrested for public intoxication.
Diego Hernandez, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for attempting unlawful wounding and
Jeffrey Gandee, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for illegal use of fireworks.
Andrew Keddie, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested for illegal use of fireworks
