Fredericksburg Police Department Incident Reports

Citgo, 2005 Lafayette Blvd, 5/28 5:00 p.m. The clerk reported that a male subject entered the
store and demanded cash from the register. The subject had something wrapped around his
hand, implying that he had a weapon. The clerk refused to open the register and yelled for help,
which caused the unknown male to run from the store. The suspect was described as a white
male in his 30s, approximately 5’10” and with brown hair mixed with grey. He was wearing a
green T-shirt, dark blue jeans, and white athletic shoes with blue soles. The investigation is
Plank Road Laundromat, 2014 Plank Rd, 5/28 8:00 a.m. – 8:25 a.m. The business owner
reported that an unknown person took his keys from the office and stole his vehicle which had
been left parked behind the building. The vehicle was described as a grey 2009 Toyota Camry
with Virginia license plates. The investigation is ongoing.
1237 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 5/24 – 5/28 8:00 a.m. A foreman reported that copper wiring was
stolen from the construction site. The investigation is ongoing.
Tax Accounting Group, 1622 Lafayette Blvd, 5/24 – 5/28 8:00 a.m. The business owner
reported that her laptop and an office file were stolen from the front desk area. The investigation
is ongoing.
1900 block Plank Rd, 5/23 – 5/24 5:00 p.m. A Caroline resident reported that his speakers and
amplifiers were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
900 block College Ave, 5/28 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. A Richmond resident reported that she lost
her wallet at some unknown location in the city and her credit cards were later used to make
several purchases at local businesses. The investigation is ongoing.
Michael Seymour, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to a blood or
breath test, and possession of marijuana in the 800 block of Littlepage Street.
Robert Wheeler, 35, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing and public intoxication.
Thomas Anzelmo, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Danielle Harkleroad, 23, of Locust Grove was arrested for possession of marijuana.
