Fredericksburg Police Department Incidents Report

100 block Hughey Court, 7/27, 5:00 a.m. A patrol officer discovered that an unknown person used spray paint to mark graffiti on the side of a residence. The graffiti appeared to be a tag. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 block Townsend Boulevard, 7/27, 9:00 a.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole his company issued iPhone out of his unlocked company vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Cynthia Loving, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, traffic-hit and run, child endangerment, and possession of a schedule IV drug.
Brianna Aletras-Dunn, 21, of Stafford was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license, possession of a counterfeit driver’s license, and failure to carry vehicle registration. Altreas-Dunn was also arrested on a Stafford warrant.
Brian Freel, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested on three King George County warrants.
Cynthia Hughes, 55, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of cruelty to animals. Hughes was released on a summons.
Seneca Corns, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and attempting to elude police. Corns was also arrested on an Orange County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of marijuana charge
