CVS, 591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 8/13 6:40 a.m. The overnight pharmacist reported that a male
subject approached the counter holding a handkerchief to his face. When the pharmacist stepped
forward to offer assistance, the subject put his hand to his waist and both physically and verbally
implied that he had a weapon. The subject then pushed his way through the swinging door
dividing the customer waiting area from the restricted access section and demanded that the
pharmacist turn over the store’s supply of Oxycodone from the safe. The pharmacist complied,
and the man fled from the store on foot. The suspect was described as a black male in his mid
20s, clean shaven and with short hair. He was wearing a black ball cap with a letter “B” on it, a
black short-sleeved T-shirt, khaki cargo style shorts, and black hightop sneakers.
