DUI ARRESTS:
Justin Sechrist, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 1200 block of Jefferson
Davis Hwy.
Jordan Lynch, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and possession of schedule I,II
narcotics in the 1000 block of Washington Ave.
LARCENY:
A Place in Time, 804 Caroline St, 5/1 11:00 am. The owner reported that two female subjects
stole items of merchandise by concealing it in their oversized handbags. The investigation is
ongoing.
ARRESTS:
Parker Gay, 59, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication and drinking in public.
Danny Chapman, 43, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Allen Hall, 30, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Frederick County charging him
with failure to appear in court.
Jaime Juarez Marquez, 42, of Manassas was arrested for conspiracy to commit shoplifting and
felony shoplifting from Kohls.
Rosalia Ugarte Garay, 41, of Stafford was arrested for conspiracy to commit shoplifting and
felony shoplifting from Kohls.
