LARCENY:
Fredericksburg Gold and Pawn, 447 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 8/7 5:20 pm. An employee reported
that a male subject stole an iPhone from the business by concealing it in his clothing. The
investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
200 block Frazier St, 8/8 1:00 am – 7:00 am. A resident reported that the tires on her vehicle
were slashed. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Joseph Holloway, 40, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Kathryn Tomana, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and urinating in
public.
Michelle Foy, 34, of Spotsylvania was arrested for stalking.
Joshua Allen, 25, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark.
Brittany Sinden, 24, of Stafford was arrested for trespassing on the riverbank after dark and
possession of alcohol on the riverbank.
Gary Lyons, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for destruction of property and breaking and
entering.
