Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2013
LARCENY:
500 block George St, 2/12 12:15 p.m. An employee for Robert B. Payne reported that a white male driving a small blue pickup stole supplies and equipment that had been placed on the sidewalk in preparation for a job at a residence. The investigation is ongoing.
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 2/11 – 2/12 2:30 p.m. A resident reported that the registration stickers were stolen from her license plates. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
1300 block Willow Ln, 2/4 – 2/11 10:00 p.m. A resident reported a section of his screened patio was cut. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
James Samuels, 48, of Washington D.C. was arrested for grand larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny, and attempting to obtain money by false pretenses.
Edward Washington, 45, of Bowling Green was arrested for grand larceny, possession of stolen property with intent to sell, and tampering with a vehicle. These are additional charges related to this cas
