Fredericksburg Police Incident Reports

TUESDAY, APRIL 10, 2012
 
BURGLARY:
Jake and Mike’s, 806 William St, 4/8 – 4/9 11:30 am. The owner reported that an unknown
person broke a pane of glass in the front door and made entry into the business. A computer
and other electronic items were stolen from the office and a bottle of alcohol was taken from
the liquor cabinet. The computer was later recovered in the park adjacent to Maury Stadium.
The investigation is ongoing.
 
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY:
Virginia BBQ, 451 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/8 – 4/9 9:45 am. The owner reported that an
unknown person broke the glass on the drive through window in an apparent attempt to make
entry into the business. The investigation is ongoing.
 
LARCENY:
100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 4/8 2:20 – 2:30 pm. A visitor reported that her purse was
stolen after she accidentally left it on the trunk of her car in the parking lot. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
 
WaWa, 1140 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 4/10 3:30 am. An employee reported that a male subject
stole two sandwiches and left the store on foot. No known suspects at this time.
 
ARRESTS:
Kathleen Davis, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Justin Barnes, 21, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Florida charging him
with probation violation.
Najee Harris, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.
Ida Collins, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony destruction of property.
